Will Hollis did my annual A/C inspection this year. I could not have asked for a more thorough or professional review. he inspected both the A/C and furnace, used a camera to get photos of the fire box and parts that are not visible. he explained everything as he went and gave me an honest evaluation of my system's condition. Just to be sure, I had another company take a look and they confirmed his evaluation. I highly recommend Will Hollis. I have had Service Professor install a new water heater and electrical panel and they have earned my trust. I will use them when it comes time to replace furnace and A/C.

Purchased a whole house generator and Service Professional did a great job with coordinating and installing. Very professional and great crew of people. Kudos to Eric who came out and did a thorough job of explaining my options and recommendations. Ryan and install crew were great on the day of install and left with as little impact as possible to lawn after hand digging two trenches. Very happy and would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Very speedy, considerate and knowledgeable. Our pipes had a big backup much to our surprise. We had lived in our new house for a couple months and was so nervous about the reason. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Will definitely hang onto their card should anything else come up.

Very pleased and will definitely use them again. We had a drain problem and Natalie and Ryan came out and did a great job and explained everything and did what they could do to fix the problem but it really needed a plumber and she called back to the office and scheduled one of their plumbers to come out and Jacob came out and explained everything just like Natalie did and fixed the problem. We only got billed for the plumbers service call. Very pleased with Natalie, Ryan and Jacob and the price we were charged was excellent.

We had Natalie from service professor come out to our house and from the first moment she was very polite and friendly and worked very hard to please us and got the drain working properly. She also went above and beyond to try to figure out a solution for the future. She even put up with the dog who can be a total pain sometimes making sure the dog wasn't left out giving her a couple dog treats. This nice young lady can come by anytime she was like having a family member over. Thank you so much Natalie for being so awesome and good luck in your future endeavors . Rich came out to inspect my central air unit and unfortunately under no fault of his own wasn't able to get things running due to out dated equipment and some safety concerns with the original wiring in my home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had for him, very honest and upfront. He also was able to get me an appointment scheduled to have the supervisor come out and take a look at things and get me a quote on a whole new unit to make sure everything is up to code and safe for my kids and I.
